Below is the table for the earliest delivery dates for orders to arrive before christmas day. Please be mindful if you need a video consultation when placing orders you may need urgently on or after these dates.

When will I receive my order?
We endeavour to ensure that you receive your orders as soon as possible. In order for us to ensure we maintain a high level of patient care, some services require video consultations with our prescribers or there may be times when additional communication with a prescriber is required. The table below will help you understand our timescales for delivery if a video consultation is required to proceed with your order.

Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery will ensure that your medication reaches you within 2 -3 business days following your dispatched notification. For Tracked 48 and 1-2 business days for Tracked 24, this does not include weekends. The service is fully tracked by ourselves. You can also arrange free re-delivery if they miss you.
Next Day Delivery
Once we have updated your order to "dispatched" it is guaranteed next day delivery using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Guaranteed before 1pm. you will need to be in to sign for this service.
