We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and clinical safety.
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day, subject to clinical approval where required.
Orders placed after 12 noon, on weekends, or on bank holidays will usually be processed the next working day.
Please note:
- Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched
- Some treatments require a video consultation or additional clinical review before we can dispatch your order
- Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays
- Royal Mail delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless Special Delivery is selected

Orders qualifying for free delivery will automatically have shipping costs deducted at checkout.
Orders Requiring a Consultation
Some treatments require a video consultation or additional review by one of our prescribers before your order can be approved and dispatched.
Where a consultation is required:
- Your order will only be processed once approved by our clinical team
- Delivery times begin after approval and dispatch
- Delays in completing consultations may affect delivery estimates

For certain refrigerated weight loss medications, including injectable treatments, orders may be dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24 as the default delivery service. These products are packaged using insulated temperature-controlled packaging designed to maintain appropriate storage conditions during delivery. You can choose to change your delivery method to Next day at additional cost
