Relief from period pain and menstrual cramps
Women aged 15 to 50: Swallow whole with water, preferably with or after food. On the first day take 2 tablets, then 1 tablet 6 to 8 hours later if needed. On the second and third days take 1 every 6 to 8 hours if needed. Do not exceed three tablets a day or take for longer than three days
