Treatment to control short-lived episodes of diarrhoea in adults and children 12 years or older.
Caution: Should not be taken by anyone with high fever or blood in stool, colitis, ileus, constipation or abdominal distension
Acute diarrhoea and associated symptoms of gas-related abdominal discomfort including bloating, cramps and flatulence
Adults over 18 years: Two tablets initially followed by one tablet after each loose bowel movement. Maximum of four tablets in 24 hours 12-18 years: One tablet initially and then one after each loose movement to a maximum of four tablets in 24 hours
Caplets containing loperamide hydrochloride 2mg and simeticone (equivalent to polydimethylsiloxane 125mg)
