  1.   Privacy and Confidentiality
We will store personal information about you in a secure manner, electronically and/or on paper, to ensure the safe and effective operation of the service and only to meet our legal and professional obligations, unless you have consented otherwise. We may also keep records of contact made between you and us (and vice versa).

We may send your personal information by any means necessary to operate this service properly: via electronic means, fax, telephone, or email. We will not transfer your personal information to any third party or use it for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We may contact you from time-to-time to discuss your order, deal with any queries, or to ask your opinions of the service using any necessary means.

  1.   Using Medicines

You should be aware that information captured by the website will be viewed by our pharmacy team. You should read all product packaging and/or leaflets prior to using medicines. Please contact us, your doctor or another suitable healthcare professional if you are unsure about whether you should use a product.

All medicines must be kept out of the sight and reach of children, vulnerable adults or pets.  Whilst medicines are supplied in child-resistant containers (including foil blisters) this does not mean they are child-proof.

  1.   Delivery

Orders will not be accepted from, or delivered to, any address outside the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.  Delivery will normally take place within the timescales indicated with your delivery option and excludes Bank Holidays.  In rare circumstances of poor stock availability delivery may take up to 30 calendar days.

We will not be held responsible for lost parcels caused due to an incorrect delivery address entered by you or failure of third party delivery services over which we have no direct control. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.

Gold delivery orders received by 3pm will be despatched for next day delivery, depending upon stock availability as per conditions above.

The delivery cannot be left with children, posted through the letterbox or left in a secure area. You are responsible for signing for packages containing medicines, and a signature provided by any person at the delivery address will be considered to be proof of delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that items delivered are kept out of the reach and sight of those whom the medicines may harm (e.g. children, pets) and that the details of your medicines are kept confidential where desired.

  1.   Pricing and Purchasing
RSP is an abbreviation of Recommended Selling Price. RSP prices are displayed to highlight normal high street prices. We endeavor to manually check RSP prices periodically but cannot guarantee they are 100% accurate in all cases. Please ensure you have checked the sale and RSP prices for yourself before purchasing items from the website. The sale of products from the website is subject to availability. Your order for a product is an offer to purchase and the Website Owner retains the discretion to refuse your order. No contract of sale is deemed to have taken place until we have dispatched your order.

  1.   Cancellation and Returns

Your order can be cancelled providing you contact us before your order is dispatched.

Medical devices (including diagnostic tests) and medicines cannot be returned for a refund or replacement unless they are faulty.  This is because EU and UK regulations prevent the re-selling of such products to other customers for safety reasons.  For any other non-medical products, if you change your mind, you can return the item(s) to us within 7 days for a full refund or replacement (minus the delivery charge). You are responsible for ensuring the goods are received by us in the excellent condition in which they were received by you.

Should any item you purchase from us be faulty, please contact us immediately and we will arrange either a full refund or replacement.

As you are responsible for providing us with accurate and true information, we will not accept returns of medicines where you failed to give us the information we requested to ensure suitability and safety, or where the information you gave us was incorrect.

    Waiver
No indulgence or extension of time which either you or the Website Owner may grant to the other will constitute a waiver of or, whether by estoppel or otherwise, limit any of the existing or future rights of the grantor in terms hereof, save in the event or to the extent that the grantor has signed a written document expressly waiving or limiting such rights.

    Cession
The Website Owner shall be entitled to cede, assign and delegate all or any of its rights and obligations in terms of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices to any third party.

    Severability
All provisions of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices are, notwithstanding the manner in which they have been grouped together or linked grammatically, severable from each other. Any provision of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices, which is or becomes unenforceable in any jurisdiction, whether due to voidness, invalidity, illegality, unlawfulness or for any reason whatever, shall, in such jurisdiction only and only to the extent that it is so unenforceable, be treated as null and void and the remaining provisions of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall remain in full force and effect. Please contact us if you require clarification on any of the terms in this statement.
