How much is delivery?

Treat Discreet offers FREE standard delivery on all orders if you spend more than £37.50. You can pay a little more for a premium Royal Mail service - click here for more details.


What is the best way to navigate through the site?
Treat Discreet offers several options:
- if you know what you are looking for, you can search for a product or condition using the 'Search' box at the top of the screen, or;
- you can navigate through categories and conditions using either the buttons on the home screen - click here - or by using the dropdown categories and conditions in the bar above.


Which payment methods do you accept online?
We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Visa, Visa Debit and Visa Electron.


Are your credit card payments secure?
Any purchase you make through Treat Discreet (Assan Pharmacy Limited) is 100% Secure. We use a third party company called SagePay to ensure that your personal card information is kept secure at all times. As such, when you reach our payment page you are diverted to a secure SSL (HTTPS:) page held on a Secure SagePay Server.
SagePay has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI).   SagePay adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.  Treat Discreet do not hold any credit card or security information.

When will my credit card be charged?
You will only be charged when we have dispatched your order.


Will I receive an email confirming my order?
By default, all orders will generate a confirmation email, however, if this is not required, please uncheck the 'Email confirmation' option below your billing address prior to going to Checkout.


Can I return goods?
Your order can be cancelled providing you contact us before your order is dispatched.
Medical devices (including diagnostic tests) and medicines cannot be returned for a refund or replacement unless they are faulty.  This is because EU and UK regulations prevent the re-selling of such products to other customers for safety reasons.  For any other non-medical products, if you change your mind, you can return the item(s) to us within 7 days for a full refund or replacement (minus the delivery charge). You are responsible for ensuring the goods are received by us in the excellent condition in which they were received by you.
