Period Pain - The majority of women experience some form of period pain during their lifetime. The medical term for period pain is dysmenorrhoea. The pain caused by menstruation can be felt in your lower abdominal area, but can also spread to your back and thighs. Period pain can usually be treated at home using tablets and heat packs.

Thrush - Vaginal thrush is a yeast infection caused by the candida species of fungus.  Thrush most commonly affects women in their thirties and forties, and those who are pregnant. Many women are affected by vaginal thrush at some point in their lives and, in some women, it recurs regularly. Cystitis - Cystitis is inflammation of the lining of the bladder as a result of infection, irritation or damage. It can affect women and men, but is much more common in women. This is because women have a shorter urethra (the tube that goes from the bladder out of the body) and its opening is located nearer the anus, which means that infection can occur more easily.

Vaginal Health - There are 3 common vaginal disorders, Bacterial Vaginosis (BV) is the most common vaginal infection and is commonly mis-diagnosed as thrush; Cystitis is inflammation of the lining of the bladder as a result of infection, irritation or damage; and Vaginal thrush is a yeast infection caused by the candida species of fungus.
